To use this tool just wear the hud and touch it.
A pair of glasses will appear at the center bottom of your screen.
When you touch it a menu will appear with 3 functions:
- A "Hide Me" function. This function will make your avatar invisible.
But NOT your name tag.
It is a nice function if you want to hide you for a moment and stay in the same place to make you visible again.
E.g. if a griefer gets on you in a shop you can disappear for a moment, till he is gone.
You can make yourself visible again by just clicking on the "show me"-button.
If you hide yourself put your AO off, because the tool uses an animation to hide you.
- The "Invisible" function will not only hide your avatar but ALSO your name tage.
So if you want to be complete invisible use this function.
E.g. if you want to sneak up to someone.
This is a powerful function! So when you want to be visible again you have to click on the "Show me" button AND teleport to an other location!
If you use this function also disable voice in your viewer (you can disable it in the preference - voice settings) Otherwise your voice-dot will be the only thing people can see.
- The "show me" function to make you visible again. Remember to teleport also to an other location when you have used the "Invisible function"!
The pair of glasses on your screen will indicate your status:
- Black: you are visible
- Green: you hide yourself
- Red you are invisible
- Hud to hide yourself or make you total invisible (also your name tag)

For newbies like me, It was difficult to set this up, but once I got the hang of it I grew confident with what i've bought, Sure your character will still show up if you click on chairs, benches or any of those places, the invisibility effect is only present as long as you are walking around, Just don't forget to keep the hud pinged somewhere, otherwise It will be automatically closed by any other interactive object you are clicking around, I sure hope this honest review can help you get around in this site, as it did to me.
