Itsy Bitsy Full Perm TD, Bebe, Youth Layered Skirt and Shirt

This is a full perm mesh. It's made to fit Bebe Toddler and Youth and Toddleedoo mesh bodies.

I've just got a few rules, so please read them.
1. Do NOT pass meshes around. If you want it on an alt, let me know your alt's name.
2. Do NOT give or sell meshes full perm, or with copy AND transfer permissions.
3. Do NOT make lots of freebies and give them out. Limited freebies for hunts or a promotional item is allowed.
4. Do NOT distribute or take the mesh out of Second Life.
5. DO let me know what you think.
