The Signature Series homes are all 25 meters X 30 meters in size. all under 150 Prim Land impact or Less. All will be priced at $2,500L each Unfurnished.
Amenities include Custom designs, Open floor plans, no useless small rooms or hallways. Large Glass windows and doors, menu driven lighting, privacy blinds, always try to add some water feature or pool and some greenery, and always a hidden room or basement for that private place only you know.
All builds are full copy and modify, NO Transfer. You can change permissions on all doors and working windows with a simple swipe of your mouse to access menu, instructions included in your folder. Don't forget to turn on your advanced lighting model in your graphics preferences for the ultimate experience.
