To use Chairs: Right click the chair and choose sit from pie menu (Some animations will require you to disable AO)
To choose next sitting animation either click the cushion and use menu or use Page Up and Page Down keys.

To use Loveseat: Left click the loveseat and wait form menu system to load. After ready click the loveseat and choose your
desired pose. (Some animations will require you to disable AO)
