.::: Size :::. - The footprint is roughly 36 x 60 meters. This usually fits perfectly on a 4096 sq.m land or bigger.
But please make sure (before you purchase), that your land is really at least 36x60 meters,
because refunds are not possible due to the fact that the sky loft is not transferable.
.::: Prims :::. - The house, decks and palms are ONLY 336 Prims. 643 Prims fully furnished.
.::: Permissions :::. - COPY and Modify / No Transfer
Once the house is rezzed, The house is copy and modifiable.
The furniture, scripts and animations are not modifiable.
Don't be fooled when you see your Rez Box in your inventory with the
permissions (no modify) (no transfer). It is because of the
Rez Box script, which is NO MODIFY.

Great house...shame about the furniture permissions...
I was really looking forward to giving this house a great review, because the house is fantastic on its own. The reason I can only give 3 stars, and I know it is partially my own fault for missing the line in the description, i can not mod any of the furniture. I don't need male/female menus in my home, i need female/female ones so I have gotten used to either replacing or customizing the furniture in houses I purchase. In fact I can't remember a time i purchased a house that didn't have modifiable furniture...
In the case of this one I thought the furniture perfectly complimented the house, but was lacking the menus I wanted. As a merchant myself i know how important modify is to customers, and I as a customer am no exception. I couldn't even modify the size of the included rugs to fit with the furniture i used to replace the ones that came with it. It is extraordinarily frustrating.
Other than that though (and again it does say so in the description in a single line that is easily missed) I strongly recommend this purchase. I feel bad complaining when the house is only 899L and it is a steal at that price. If you want a tiki/beach house for your parcel/sim I'd strongly recommend it.
However i can not recommend it for the furniture because they can not be modifed and i found the included animations a bit....generic.

Apsolutelly lovely!
This house is apsolutelly lovely. Spacious and created with care. In "real", once rezzed, the house looks zilion times better then on the pictures ! Textures are very good quality, detailes are surprising. The sun deck can be easily moved to another position to suit better your parcel. The designer, Jay Lordhunter is available and friendly in case of questions and that is always very welcome. I am already enjoying in the shadows of the palm trees on the sun deck with chilled Martini in my hand. What are you waiting for? (^_~)
