JLCA is proud to announce the public availability of Starship 1, their first interstellar starship. Starship 1 is the result of lots of research, design, and testing for JLCA's own interstellar space ship.
Starship 1 utilizes the latest technology in Torchship* design to provide clean comfortable constant acceleration for artificial gravity and quick efficient travel between star systems. Using this technology, Starship 1 could make the trek to the nearest star system from Sol, a distance of 4 light years, in 5 to 6 years, instead of the many generations required by ancient starship design that do not use constant acceleration engines.
These latest advances in engine design also allows Starship 1 to park and hover above a planet for the natural gravity without having to worry about polluting the planet's atmosphere below from the ship's thrusters. This allows Starship 1 to also function as a natural gravity space station, wherever needed.
This release of Starship 1 does not come furnished, nor does it have a control room, which allows new owners to layout the interior to meet their particular needs. However a suggested layout is as follows, starting from the bottom floor going to the top:
Floor 1, Engineering
Floor 2, Maintenance and Storage
Floor 3, Docking Bays
Floor 4, Medical, Galley, and Common.
Floor 5, Crews Quarters
Floor 6, Control Deck.
The ship's central core is accessible from Engineering.
We hope you will consider JLCA for your future starship needs. Coming soon, JLCA's Scout 1, a small one person scout ship that can be used for docking inside Starship 1's docking bays.
Please contact JLCA's Jacob Cole (reynols) for more information.

So So
Its quite big. It has many the same rooms. The top room has a coloured window. But what does the door about half way in the middle ? It just hangs there and it can open and close.
That it has 8 hangars is really nice. For 10 dollarlinden it isn't bad at all.
Has potential , but is rather unfinished looking, especcially the so called core..0xo
I think , when i find the time, i'll rez a copy in a sandbox, rip out most of the core, & the trust emitters too, to save prims, then see if it does make a neat starbase. Now it is just a too prim-eating massive hulk, nonmoving too.
On the other hand, in the same package, is a neat scoutship, which flies lovely, be it only a single seater. & a shield/security orb generator too !, so, for only 10 L$ you get lots !!!
