As a big fan of one of the best avatar makers in SL, I've put together this notecard for you. It's really simple stuff to read and more simple for you to do yourself.
It's honestly not hard, these avatars by JOMO are highly customizable and fun! Now, we the fans, we share a lot with each other. All to better our own unique look. Always best to join the official JOMO group inworld.

There way over 300 clothes for EVERY JOMO Avi! So many more shops, including mine, got JOMO related things for you and your friends to enjoy. Just type JOMO in the search bar and you're all set for exploring!
- Always mix and match. Some dragon clothes fit the rabbit.
- Demo everything! Aim for L$0 demos on the marketplace.

P.S L$0 bit is mostly because creators like myself, buy full perm outfits from UNDERGROUND and CBB, retexturing it madly to our liking and selling it. Well on CBB's stuff anyway. Haven't seen much of anyone get creative with UG's stuff.
