This Skyhome with terrace and garden is built on top of dedicated base plate. If you installed base plate in ground, you can use it as a house of land-based. Size 31.5×31.5.
I am aiming to making high-quality house, both exterior and interior. It was created with attention to detail. It is realistic.
Two buildings, "White Blick house and Red Blick house", are jointed at the white sun-room which surround the terrace.
In a white brick house, there is the small atelier which the multi-purpose including a working room and the craft room can enjoy. Furthermore, a living room and a dining room are laid out.
In a red brick house, a bedroom and a bathroom are laid out. And the lock of the door & window is set in the other channel.
【Most parts Modify OK】
--Windows, Door, Roof, Roof Duct, Curtain, Lump(mesh). Others are made of prim.
-- Just only "Floor Shadow" and "Terrace Shadow" are NOT Modify as not mistake when changing the texture of the floor.

Even after You use A pattern Rezzer, you can change to B or C or D pattern. Because you can delete unwanted objects on your own.
In the same way, even after you use B or C pattern Rezzer, you can change to D pattern.
【Caution when editing】
When changing the texture, Please be sure to choose "select face".
If you foget it, you must be changing till unexpected parts.
I'm recommended , you do NOT UNLINK part of each object as much as possible. As a result of unlink, it may increase prim count by bug causes. Or there is also a risk that door will not open normally. Please be careful.
【About DEMO】
There is not showhouse. But there is DEMO for installation confirmation. Please try it before you buy.
The DEMO can not Modify. And NOT INCLUDED textures and Bonus pack in DEMO. There are example-demo-boards putting in each room.
Their quality is the same as the product version.

All Furniture is a use example. Not included in the product.

When i tried the demo my first thought was 'oh this is nice', had a quick look and left it in my inventory. few days later i took a better look again, happy i did and very happy i took this as my home.
As it has a higher land impact than most of my previous homes i hesitated a bit at first. Having it rezzed and being in it for a while now im realising thats because its very complete. The four different rezboxes gives you a good choice in how much extra you want. I have the spotlights in which give a great look when its night and again.. much to choose from soft coloured light to bright white when you want to work on something. The layout is very versatile. As the name gives away you could say the house is divided in two, one part more living (like living kitchen, dining), the other more private (sleep bath), with separate doors that both lock and let you configure who you let in. The outside is spacious and gives place for a nice garden which adds to the nice calm atmosphere it brings you when returning from busy sl.
The build being mod enables to alter almost anything (if you know how to), i removed some of the shrubs to make room for some plants and even a tree i already owned, but left it as it is for the most part, the style of this creator is very refined, i enjoy it a lot.
The pictures with examples give an idea how it could look with furniture but go have yourself a demo, even if it was just to enjoy it for a bit.
So.. if you're in the market for a nice place to be your home and have some prims to spare i highly recomend this shy build that welcomes you home when you return.
