The build is a small cell block reinforced for those extra grumpy denizens that want to leave early. The door reacts to the owner until he or she changes that. It has one flat xtra hard bed with very few non adult animations. (just basic sleeping poses.) Look close at the door and bars - they are made of double sided mesh bars. It aint bad, and it is cheap...
