Small, cozy, prim house. 11 X 15 footprint fits easily on a 512 parcel. Great on the land or as a skybox. The door is a split door, so open the window for some virtual air and leave the bottom closed. Or, open the bottom to give your virtual pet free range.
Nothing fancy, but ultimately affordable.
