[Jammin] Wooden Doors - 100% Mesh & Materials - Copy/Mod Version 1

6 Wooden Doors (not to be confused with Jammin's Arched Doors) with highly detailed wood and iron materials. Low land-impact and constructed as single prim meshes to be fully linkable with your builds. Compatible with The 'Medieval' and 'Pillar & Arches' Construction sets.
Each door has a left and right hinged version, and include a basic script to enable opening/closing when touched. LI at default scale (3m high) is 0.6.
All textures have been provided in high (1024x512) and low (512x256) res. It is recommended that you use the high res diffuse textures if the doors are rezzed at default scale, but you may wish to use the low res to save on texture memory. By default, they are set to use high res diffuse, and low res normal and specular maps.
By adjusting the diffuse color and/or specular properties, you can achieve a wide variety of looks and ages - brighter/darker surface, more/less shine on the metal etc.
Image #2 shows a few examples - below are the relevant numbers/colors. Material effects are highly dependent on your lighting/environment settings, and these examples may require adjusting to achieve the desired look.

This item should not be in the "building and objects components" category
When you advertise an item in the "building and objects components" category, you should make sure it's fully customizable. I bought the "non transfer" version since I didn't want to sell my build, but I expected I would be able to customize these doors. But since the textures are no transfer, it's impossible to import them into my PC order to modify them on photoshop. Why give the textures, in this case, especially when you provide the 6 models already textured in the pack?
Also, I noticed too late that the shade maps were only added to the full perms pack (this information was discreetly listed at the bottom of the wall text description and when you're used to buy building items in this category, fully customizable even if no transfer, chances are that you tend to pay less attention... Lesson well learned, now).
So, when in fact, the difference between this full perms item and its non transfer version is definitely more than a question of being able to sell the product at the end (transfer / non transfer), make it very clear. If your customers specifically browse this category, it's because they want full customizable items.
As for the quality, the wood texture is cheap (It's why I wanted to change it for a photorealistic one)

Quite happy with this. If you want to have a door that has simple scripts, resizable and still retains its texture in the process, plus adds to the overall mood to the section of your home you place it in, this is good to have.
