Japanese House - Modern **ON SPECIAL

This is another of my finest collection of quality Japanese Homes. Featuring an indoor Jacuzzi off the bedroom, which includes bubbles, steam, and several poses, some animated, and an overhead skylight with a good luck symbol. The bedroom area is on the second floor and has it's own fireplace and access outside onto the upper balcony area. The living room features a water garden running outside down one side. (just add fish)
The windows and doors have beautiful frosted glass type textures, such as bamboo and dragons. (Please see other photos) All doors have security enabled editable access lists in them, and can be set to auto open from any distance for anyone, or just those on the access list. The building is in several pieces and so is has a handy auto rezzer, making it child’s play to set-up and move. Just place the rezzer roughly where you want the front door, rez, and then move the rezzer and the building follows. Once in position hit save and your done. If it's not something you are able to do, I will be happy to do it for you. There are no shimmering textures due to overlapping anywhere on this structure, this is a quality building. Area required is approximately 25m X 40m. Any questions please feel free to IM me and I will respond as soon as able. The structure is Modify, Copy, NO Transfer, so you can always rez another if you change something by mistake. (Note: The door scripts are NO Mod, all furniture shown including 28 pose bed and pictures ARE INCLUDED FREE.)
