Japanese House of Xochi - **ON SPECIAL

This is a quality Japanese Home. Featuring an indoor Jacuzzi off the bedroom, which includes bubbles, steam, and several poses, some animated, there is also access outside off both the Jacuzzi room and bedroom. The bedroom area itself is sunken down. The living room features a raised Zen water garden, and also a sunken area with outside access. (Please see other photos) All doors including internal ones, have security enabled editable access lists in them, and can be set to auto open from any distance for anyone, or just those on the access list. (Note: The door scripts are no Mod, and any furniture shown is not included.) Due to the size, the building is in several pieces and once placed must be moved together, I will be happy to do this for you, if that is not something you are able to do. There are no shimmering textures due to overlapping anywhere on this structure, this is a quality building. Area required is approximately 30m X 25m.
