Its pretty clear how Joolee explain how to use this Layers (Graphic Program) and this a pack for it with great Quality like all her Texture Packs and makes much fun to use and play around (me in Photoshop) with them.
dissapointed
For the price i am very dissapointed as these are not even PNG / transparents . so when u make them transparrent it adds a white masking rather then just the dark effect . so in end not even that good at all . i could have done way better for 80L by finding masks that are png on google . very very much not worth 500L
