For Maitreya it will apply on the Gloves Layer
For Omega it will apply on the Gloves layer, remembering that Omega do not separate the gloves from the rest of the body. If the mesh has clothing layers that cover the handst, the clothing appliers will apply to them.

A touch of red to draw the eye
The artwork is a little blurry, with no crisp edges, but it works well enough when viewed from a distance. The tattoo is for both hands only - there's no option to apply Left or Right, which would have been useful, but perhaps for the cost that's to be expected. Overall, it's fine for costuming, and adds a novel touch of great colour.
