This top will only cover the full torso when using high-waisted pants, which is not mentioned in the description and is unclear in the image provided, as of right now. Otherwise, it leaves a good bit of midriff exposed. You'll also need to hide your avatar's elbows or else they will clip through the top.

As for overall quality, you get what you pay for, really. Just without another version that goes down to the hips, I can't really recommend it unless you have high-waisted pants or don't mind an exposed midriff.
