Great house, just one small thing
It's a great house, but if you're trying to do a medieval or medifan set up, the inside texture looks like something you'd see in a modern house. This wouldn't been a problem and I'd be able give 5 stars if the house was modable and I could just make interior medieval looking.
If you don't care if the interior texure looks a little modern, then it's a great buy, really low on prims and a decent size. You could fill a sim up with these things and hardly put a dent in your prim count.
Excellent Little Cottage
If all you need is basic housing I very much recommend this cottage. Very low land impact, very high quality.

Can't go wrong with a 3prim quaint house = i wanted to buy all his builds just due to the low prims of them all. I highly recommend these builds and i impressed with the details on each house. High Quality.. Gratz keep the good work up we all want more prims on our sims :)

Lucky me...
I'm lucky I saw this product while it's on promo. It's only3 prims, affordable and it fits even on a 256 sqm. parcel. I don't see any reason for any one to give this a bad review.
