A very roomy house with a small land impact. And in the case of a lack of space for a lot of furniture, this is an option that helps.

This is the best house in my inventory, and NOT the most expensive (grrrr). KTZ houses are built as though someone actually cares about their work and customers. Very glad I bought from them.
Very nicely made.
My first home, easy to understand. It has a little menu with controls. All I did was drag it to the ground and wala. I super house appeared. I like the flooring, the walls, the bay windows, the little side staircase. It's pretty neat.

Having a house that's only 18 prims has freed me from having to be really careful with what ever else I put on my land. I love bi-level homes too because it helps me more efficiently utilize real estate space. I have another 2 floor house from this creator which is only 7 prims with 3 rooms in it! I'm enjoying this house a lot. It's so roomy, and it's very nice looking, I love the lay out. Now I can have a large, decent home without having to take up most of my prim allowance Thank you so much for making these houses!

I wanted to buy all his builds just due to the low prims of them all. I highly recommend these builds and i impressed with the details on each house. High Quality.. Gratz keep the good work up we all want more prims on our sims :)

I really love this house! Only thing is though, I would love to have a cop, mod version of this so I can change the wallpaper on the inside but other than that this house is great!
