1 THE NOTECARD of "instructions" is BLANK.
2. The maker of this mess is VERY unhelpful. Laughing off there is no instructions We sent a notecard of the problem. My dog showed up wtih rings of brown and black on it.
3. All the maker of this mess can say is "you have to remove the fluff". WHAT FLUFF? my dog looks a mess and "kali ma" doesnt know whats she doing or talking about.
4. The store owner, aka the maker of this mess argues over refunding a product that does not work, My dog has rings of color on it now in dark brown and black. DO NOT BUY THIS.

5. THIS COAT CANNOT BE REMOVED! Once it's on, you are stuck with it, and I have tried the teegle coat my dog came with and it wont change back. So now my dog is stuck looking half plastic on it's back and head, and just awful. Thank God for Teegle Redelivery! This coat is garbage, and you dont get a refund, you get nothing but argument, this is Trash and makes your dog look like trash.
DO NOT BUY THIS.

6. HORRIBLE Customer Service. When we RIGHTFULLY asked for a refund of the 350 L because this is a disaster. All Kali ma the maker of this mess can say is "you have to remove the fluff". This coat looks nothing like the photo either. "Remove the fluff" HOW ?? What is the fluff? The other color applier I bought from teegle does not require me to remove anything from my Teegle dog. I had no idea what she was talking about, but rather than explain anything, She laughs off the fact she sends you a blank notecard like its some kind of joke. And you are left figuring it out yourself, with zero help from the person who made this mess. DO NOT BUY THIS .

She laughs off that the notecard is blank, and your still left with a plastic looking dog. DO NOT BUY THIS.. spare yourself and learn from my experience dealing with this store.
