Our demos are phantom and can only be rezzed one time.
They are also no modify, no copy and no transfer.
The Demos are made so that you can see the home on your land or in world.
You may camera or fly around to view the home.
After rezzed, you may move the rez box to ensure that all parts are rezzed into place.
Please note: The demo does not include the garage however the Garage will be included with the purchase of the actual home.

This house has great potential
{Positive criticism} .... The builder is very talented.
This house has a great layout and design with realistic proportions, but sadly i won't be buying the full version. The textures remind me of early sl builds which looking back were awful. If this issue was addressed and the textures came up to date with shading etc then this builder would be on par with some of the well known leading builders on the grid. Although for someone with the skills to modify it's a great buy.
