Don't give up valuable land to surf, use off-sim water!

If you live on the edge of a sim with a view of the Void Sea, you probably have taken advantage of this by installing “sim extenders” to improve the view. There are rocks, icebergs, islands, waves and other things you can place out there.
But you could not go out there yourself UNTIL NOW! This kayak will allow you to paddle off-sim up to 40 meters to explore your sim extenders. If you have “Linden Water” on your property, this kayak will let you paddle in that water as well. Finally, you can even set up this kayak to work on “Sky Water” up next to your skybox.
On the water your avatar is animated to paddle, back-paddle and turn the kayak like a pro. Run your kayak up on the land? Your avatar will be animated to knuckle-walk and drag the kayak across the land. If you own a whole island or have permission to travel anywhere on an island, you can paddle all the way around the island off-sim.
You can leave a kayak on the beach in "free ride" for visitors to use. The paddle is COPY/TRANS so you can leave it out for people to copy or give copies to your friends.

Finally, if one of your off-sim extenders is an Ocean Engineering Off-Sim wave, you will be able to surf that wave! Other Ocean Engineering rocks and features also interact with the Off-Sim Kayak. Don't give up valuable land to make water to kayak or surf in! Kayak Off-Sim!

HOWEVER, there is a price to pay for this. The off-sim kayak is not a high-performance vehicle. To work off-sim it must use a hybrid-non-physical movement that is sometimes jerky. It will surf Ocean Engineering Off-Sim waves, but will not surf the excellent on-sim waves made by others in SL. But to use those waves on your own property, you need to give up thousands of square meters of land to water. If you just want to casually paddle off your own beach and you have shorefront property on the Void Sea, this Off-Sim kayak will make that possible.
