This is animated texture with alpha on a single , flat panel prim. The 16 framed, perfectly smooth animation runs once when touched.
Copy and mod perms on the prim. allow you to have multiples and stretch or shrink or tint to your build.

I don't know what I was thinking
I haven't used any kind of texture thing like this in years. I don't know what I was thinking when I purchased it. I can tell you what it is not. It is not a mesh key nor a mesh lock.
