Kibitz - Jewels collar v3 - gold

I would really want to like this, but the RLV version is only resizable by -5 and then it tells me the following:
[15:20] Collar: The object cannot be scaled as you requested; prims would surpass minimum or maximum size.
This makes the collar absolutely unusable.
