Firstly, I would like to state how quickly I was helped when I asked to see the demo for this sewer. I was messaged back right away, and shortly after I was in the sewer skybox. My girl and I have been creating a dystopian themed area. It is rough, rundown, and dangerous. So we felt we needed something more, and this fits perfectly for our uses. Sometimes you can't always choose where you end up, or where to hide, and this grimy, garbage filled sewer is exactly what we were looking for. The detail is awesome, and it even comes with a version that isn't filled with garbage. You know, in case you want to change up the area yourself. To end, I'll say again, the owner was very nice and helpful, and his products are always great. So if you were ever interested in this, send him an IM in-world and you'll find out firsthand!
