I really like the makers products they are well thought out and the texturing is great - it is a fairly large build but looks so classy and is functional as a business - I only wish they had made the second floor store a taller ceiling as the upper part is non functional and a high ceiling in the upper floor would look spectacular - my two cents - does that matter no this is super nice and you shouldnt think twice to buy it - open your wallet spend the lindens, it is what you are looking for
