This effect changer allows you to add an animated effect onto your Kish lance. It will not affect your applied designs and colors but instead run along and blend in with those.
Goes really well with the Christmas design changer which is shown in a dark version on photo. Note the Christmas design changer does not come along with this purchase.
Just wear the effect changer along with your Kish lance and click apply.
