Physics?
It should be mentioned that this does not have a proper physics model, when you go to stand at the sink/counter corner you are blocked because of this. I guess you can make the kitchen phantom and make invisible prims to make up the lack of physics. only other critique is the sink is part of the counter and not removable/exchangeable. The stove is excellent, removable via unlink, the design is great for a budget kitchen.

needs sit animations in the chairs and a colour adjuster script. otherwise looks nice and i will use this in my house.
