This is just one pose with a smooth ease in and out. However inside the box you will find 3 poses. Try the one that best fits your avatar's height. Animations can be played anywhere, but you can also add this to a pose ball if you prefer.

I couldn't help myself after seeing all the reviews that were posted I felt compelled to read every one of them. I have to say they was all correct this is great product for a great price! completely satisfied with it can't now all I need is one that leans and another that allows me to lay around on the ground like a lazy bum lmao!!
Good value for the price
I needed a simple kneel and this works well. So well that I'm also buying it for a friend. I've used it in a few pictures. I definitely recommend it.
