This is one pose with a smooth ease in and out. There are three in this box that only vary to allow for different sized avatars. You can play this as an animation and use it anywhere, or add it to a poseball if you prefer.

Didn't work properly for my avatar
This is 2022, so maybe this pose didn't work for me because the technology and mesh bodies are so much different now than how things were when this pose was made. No matter which of the three poses I used, my avatar's hand was buried inside her leg.
