LCK Hand to hand HUD

It's a martial arts hud that works using the keyboard (same controls as LCK) ; it's compatible with most of the combat systems.

You can switch between different forms, but only one of them is loaded now : the "effective" one.

You can wear the "Hand to hand body" on any body part, so you can make it so your hands are free and use something else at the same time !

The animations are good quality and realistic ones, as usuals, inspired from real martial arts moves.
