Note: Adding scripts to Mesh can in some cases add to the Land Impact depending on the script.
Nobody knows, why :) Or maybe the Linden Lab does know.
How ever, I tested with 2 different scripts and the Land Impact did not change

BEWARE!
I like this item however, when you rez it it is tiny (0.795, 0.795, 1.066) so it can be listed as 1 LI. Stretch it so it becomes a reasonable size in relation to the average avatar size an it jumps to 7 LI!
