Linden Home Houseboat Seawall & Walkway

The Seawall & Walkway provides a skirting walkway around the boat and underwater enclosure for any of the Linden Home houseboats. Two versions are available: one for a 16m x 64m parcel, and the other for a 32m x 32m parcel. The walkway with support posts uses the jetty textures, and the wall is textured in poured concrete. It should be rezzed with the open end at the centre of the parcel and positioned so that it occupies the half of the parcel which contains the boat. The height is to be adjusted so that the walkway is just below the boat's gunwale. The walkway for the 32m x 32m version is centred at one corner of the seawall so that a hole can be made to create a 'pond' near the boat. If this is not required, set Hollow to zero in Edit.

When positioned, the bottoms of the posts & wall can be adjusted if necessary to reach the seabed (Edit > Slice B). Also, if desired, the wall can be extended to the full length of the parcel (Edit > Path Cut B/E). This would be appropriate when used in conjunction with the related product Lock Gate Set.
