Swimming Pool with Ladders, by Kharmen Spad

This swimming pool is designed to be usable on a Linden Home land parcel of 64m x 16m or 32m x 32m. It measures 30.4m x 15.2m x 5m internally and has a paved surround with a grass perimeter which measures 32m x 16m. It includes two sculpt pool ladders obtained from https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/2-Pool-Ladders-full-permission/1927999 and used according to T&C. The ladders have been supplied with climb-up animations and scripted with my climbing kit (related item below).
All parts of the pool are easily modified to meet customer requirements.
