It is mod, so you can also add your own textures, just edit face. (each room is a separate face)

I love these wall's.. now I can have wallpaper! Had some trouble with it at 1st. Contacted the creator and he was nice enough to check his model. Told me to try and rez a new house and it worked! Fits perfectly with his auto placement hud. Great and quick customer service!
