Front and back porched for your ranch.
Front includes a stone facade that can be turned off if desired.
Front and back rez separately but both have auto place button on the HUD

AutoPlace:
ADD the HUD
Res Front or Rear porch near where you want it.
Click on the AP front or back button.
If it doesn't place read messages in local chat.
The HUD will allow you to match all the LH trim textures
The HUD also has an "OFF" option for the facade stone and trim if you just want the rails in front.
It is mod, so you can add your own textures if desired.
