ATTENTION - IMPORTANT:

There has been many issues that have come up lately with the permissions being changed in some items when delivered from marketplace. If you have an issue with an item you have purchased from the permissions being incorrectly set. UPDATE:

We have also been made aware of another issue concerning items delivered in marketplace. This does not happen often, but it has happened enough to have us post this announcement.

Items that are worn by an avatar may have had their attachment points reset. If you get an item and when it is worn/attached it connects to the incorrect location/position. The item is not broken, all you have to do is edit the items location on your avatar, and it should re-store the proper attachment locations for future uses. Yes this is a pain, but there is nothing we can do about it. Please do not purchase multiple of the same item to see if that corrects the problem. We will not give refunds for multiple items being bought for this reason.
