I just made an LMC Alpha Template purchase and got confused about the download procedure. Despite the fact that it ended up being my fault (I didn't read the screen instructions properly on the download site), I found the seller to be courteous, helpful, and she responded VERY quickly.
I'm looking forward to trying out the templates but as far as customer service goes, I have to give five stars to this seller!
