Obviously "TOTILY OK" to swim here. Pay no attention to the sneaky tentacle monster lurking around...
This mesh is meant to sit on the edge of a body of water, or can float offshore.

Only 2 LI at default size! Like all mesh, LI may increase with resizing.

I love it.
I've had this guy for awhile now, but its awesome to put as a visual warning for people swimming in the water that well.. the sim ends here. But yep, great tentacle! It doesn't disintegrate with distance either.
