Here's a tip:- As the textures on the branches are alpha they can clip, however, you can change the alpha blend to alpha mask (just select texture and click alpha mask and turn it up to 100) and your trees won't clip. This also goes for anything else alpha you might have rezzed, trees, grasses, lilypads etc.
