This is styled on a Victorian Era Coal Gas street lamp as would be seen in London and other major European and east coast USA City's which used that system.
Since their might be several of these lamps on a street or walkway I've made this as low prim as I can wile still retaining the style.
Its scripted with a simple touch on/off, particle flame and adjustable local light settings. There are no chat command listeners or sensors so these should contribute very little to lag.
Its been left modifiable (except for the script) which means you can re-size and otherwise edit it to suit.
