This house impresses with its exceptional style, which you can find everywhere in the house. Watch out for the cube elements that you can find even in the kitchen.
It will be delivered fully furnished (in version 1) and leaves no wish unfulfilled. The outdoor area is well designed with a swimming pool and various seating-areas on the terrace are all with great animations and all work without poseballs.
The interior is divided into a beautiful living room with a serving hatch to the kitchen and some steps up is also a fireplace room, with nice chairs. The kitchen has many functions, such as a working stove and a well-stocked fridge, which hands out some refreshments for you and your friends.
Upstairs is a bedroom and a nursery, which certainly makes children´s hearts beat faster.
Finally you can find a bathroom with many features and of course with many well made animations and without poseballs, as in all furniture
All windows can be closed with shutters for more privacy and the doors can be locked via access control system.
As always this house is equipped with our home control system and a teleporter system to ensure maximum comfort for you.

The integrated LR homeControl system allows you to lock all of the doors, tint windows, adjust the light or use the fireplaces from any room. You can also determine who is allowed to use the access list on your home control.
In addition, the house has a teleport system, to reach easily every part of the house.
Pay attention to the details of the house. There are many things and functions to discover and you will find no poseballs in the house! No freebie or 10 L$ furniture … only quality furniture and textures!

I have had several houses in SL, but I would have to say the LR house 48 v1 is my favorite. The quality and animations throughout the home are wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a home. I love it!
