Lost Shaker of Salt Presents: The Prefab Pirate Tavern. Very easy to set up. Mod/Copy. Comes with everything you see inside, as well as the dock.
Pirate Tavern - 173 prims. Approx. 15x25 Everything will rezz together, except the benches and the rope coil/crates. Those are included separately, and you can rezz as many as you want.
Dock - 16 prims, Approx 20x30
Table and benches(Each bench seats 2) - 11 Prims
Rope Coil and Crates - 7 prims
Rug - 1 prim
Extra Candles - 3 prims each
Barrels - 2 prims each
You CAN modify the Pirate Tavern and everything in it. In your inventory the pirate tavern will show as no modify. This is because the script in the fireplace is no modify. You can modify anything in the build except the fire script.
Its pretty simple to set up. Rezz the dock first, if desired. Then rezz the Pirate Tavern. Add any extras you like.
