When you rez the box that contains the beach house, a notecard will appear that will guide you through the setup process. The beach house will rez from a menu on touch and can be positioned simply by moving the box that it rezzed from. If you make a mistake, dont worry, you can always rez a new one and start over.
You CAN modify the beach house:
Please note that in your inventory, the beach house will appear as a "no modify" object. This is because it contains scripts in the fireplace that are not modifiable. Only these scripts are not modifiable. The beach house itself can indeed be modified.
