Our newest home, La Casa Blanca hails from Spain, and has a footprint of approximately 17*30 meters, and a land impact of 150.

This traditional Finca style house consists of two floors and a flat roof area with tiled wall surround.
There are two sets of outside steps from ground to upper floor and from upper floor to roof, and last but not least a white colonnade with ceiling beams at the front of house and a balustrade balcony on upper floor.

The four ground floor rooms make two mirored suites, each with their own entrance under the colonnade, and traditional wooden ceiling beams.

The upper floor has aone small and one large room, the larges with direct access to the balcony and roof terrace.

All rooms have black and white tiling, while the outdoor tiles are terracotta. The walls, inside and out, can easily be tinted in edit mode to create just the mood you are after.

Permissions are as usual copy and mod, and the house comes as a complete linkset, so it can easily be scaled to fit your parcel.
Be aware that scaling will affect land impact.

I had a lot of fun making this a cafe and pub on the lower level and a residence on the upper. Fresh clean lines lends itself for all kinds of scenes. Good textures and easy to work with.
