Taking apart and resizing I did that too, also I change whole thing to convex hull and LI drop down to 38 so quite useful and not very primy considering how much space it covers.
Detailed but large
I found this to be well built though none of it is mesh. The only problem I had with it was that this seems over-large for the "average sized avatar", being in scale at the top of the height range. Because it's all in one linkset simple resizing was difficult to do, however if you unlink everything and remake it into three sections (top and middle shelves, and desktops), that can be done. I also added simple scripts to open cupboard doors - this is a fun prop to play around withy.
