Are you tired of talking to griefers who keep on ignoring your good advices?
How many times have griefers tried to spoil your fun during a conversation with your friends, on an event?
The Land Owner's Hand gives you the opportunity to make even dealing with griefers fun.
If there's a griefer around, just rez you hand from your inventory and use channel 3 to send it after him or her.
(e.g. "/3 Funaria Moose" --- of course I would never ever!)
It'll settle above his/her hand, ready to flip.
If he/she understands your message, you can just delete the hand.
BUT ... if the griefer insists on what we know he/she's known for, say
"/3 fire" - to give him/her a push (push has to be enabled on your land of course)
"/3 eject" - to throw him/her from your property
"/3 ban" - to permanently ban him/her
