Didn't work.
According to Linden Labs, a parcel of 4096 will give you 1406 prims. This script only calculated the prim allowance for a parcel of 4096 as 937 prims. It's a pretty significant difference and means I can't trust any of it's other calculations. It might need updating, if the prim allowances have changed, but for now, you'd do better to rely on your own math.
