This is a new and unique operating table system with many features based on latest operating suite systems. Unique features include an operating table MRI scanner that moves over patient up and down the table with realistic sound effects and authentic high quality MRI images that appear automatically on large display screen when scans are completed. Physician keys in chat "scan up" and "scan down" to initiate scanning procedure.
There are three high quality and sets of MRI images: head, full body, and heart. Three head images are shown on the display at completion of scan up, and three full body images are shown at completion of scan down. Physician can review all three sets by keying "head images" or "body images" or "heart images" in chat. Instructional screen can also be displayed anytime by keying "instructions" in chat.
Physician sits (touching anywhere except green mattress) and is greeted by an on-screen menu with a choice of six looped animations. Patient touches mattress for selection of six animations. Menu includes "adjust" option allowing you to move your avatar if you desire and save your desired positioning.
Six physician looped animations: consult, scrub, examination, intubation, surgery, and compression (use compression when activating AED defibrillator). All animations were made for medical role play scenarios. The consult animation begins most scenarios with physician facing patient with folded arms. You select animations in whatever order or combinations you wish to carry out your role play scenarios.
Six patient looped animations: presentation, sit on table, sit on table in pain, lay on table in pain, lay on table for surgery (breathing of course which is always a good sign), and lay on table for recovery. Presentation begins most patient scenarios with patients facing physician and moving arms as they describe their condition. Patients can move to any of the other five animations in whatever order they choose to enact their desired role play scenarios.
All animations positions are easily adjusted using the AV Sitter on screen menu.
There is an advanced lighting system operating light controlled by physician to illuminate the role play (be sure to activate advanced lighting in your viewer graphics preferences). Key "light on" and "light off" in open chat to use this feature.
There is a continuously animated display screen showing vital signs including pulse, temperature, blood pressure and EKG patterns.
There is a physician controlled blood bag with transfusion tube that appears to connect to patient's wrist on command by physician. Key "start transfusion" and "stop transfusion" in open chat to use this feature.
The apparatus near head of the table is an AED defibrillator the physician activates by touching. This initiates a scenario of instructions appearing in open chat as well as sound effects for the device as it builds up and releases its charge.
There is a Code Blue light positioned at the top of MRI screen activated by keying "code blue" in open chat. Key "off" when hopefully the patient has been stabilized.
Beneath the table is a device with a small screen placed there as part of the MRI scanning apparatus.
There is also a tray with forceps, sanitizer and a medication prescription.
I thought carefully about size of table guided by size of real world surgical tables. Table dimensions are 2.7 meters in length and 1.0 meters in width. Height of the mattress from floor is about 1.0 meter making it easy for most physician avatars to stand near and overlook patient on table.
Prim land weight is 28, which seems appropriate given complexity of this operating table system.
Indeed, this is a complex item with moving parts and complex interacting scripting. For this reason it is sold as copy only because any user attempt to modify table will cause elements to lose their ability to interact in correct manner. Resizing is not possible for same reason. I sized table to work with all but largest avatars, and I am happy to customize one for you if your avatar is over scale for this table. Message me for demo location.
Hospital supply is a complex industry with considerable consultation between vendors and hospital workers. I am delighted to meet and chat with customers and to adapt this and other items for you. Let me know the features you would like to see added to this operating system. I am on SL a lot, so message me or send a notecard anytime.
I hope you enjoy using this operating table system as much as I did creating it. But remember please this is not real medicine, it is medical role play in a virtual world. And, the value of the role play is directly related to the carefully expressed symptoms and reactions presented by the patient and the diagnostic and restorative skills portrayed by the role playing physician.
Have fun, wash your hands, mask up, and stay safe!
xoxo

Great detail
Very detailed and perfect in every little way. If you have 4×4 m² to improvise a makeshift emmergency room, you need this. If you have a 12-floor hospital to furnish, you need this too.
