Larsson Scoot For Mainland Amphibian Fun! Version 2.5

Scoot is for pure fun! I have to say that testing Scoot has been a total joy going over land and water everywhere and easily through region borders even at its top speed of 40.

It features 4 wheel steering and steering wheel even turns in proper direction as you steer it.

Scoot is my original mesh body design with a total vehicle land impact of 30. It easily carries driver and two passengers. I made driver and front seat passenger looped animations to perfectly fit this vehicle. Back seat passenger looped animation is nicely relaxed in keeping with a summer fun vehicle.

Scoot features my "Active Steering" scripting. My carefully tested algorithm adjusts handling to speed you select. When you change gear speeds it accurately tells owner (1) gear speed, (2) m/s power, and (3) my coefficient for active steering. This is reported to you in owner chat whenever you change speed. All scripts are my own carefully designed and tested original work.

There are 8 forward speeds from 5 to 40 and one speed (7) in reverse. Use on-screen jump up and crouch down arrows on your viewer to change forward gear speeds. You will see chat message telling you gear numbers as you change them.

You can stop engine if you want to stop to rest or fish somewhere. Key "stop" in public chat or /3 private chat to stop and key "start" to resume driving.

You control view you want. Key "v1" for behind vehicle, "v2" for just behind driver, or "v3" for driver view. And of course this comes in handy because SL glitches screw up driver views all the time. Now you are in total control whenever SL screws up your driving view, just key for view you want and get it right back. You can key messages to the vehicle in public chat or on a private channel using /3 ( for examlpe key "/3 v1" to ask for view one in private chat.

Key a "b" in chat or on /3 for a friendly "beep beep" horn..

Both driver and passenger seats are fully adjustable using standard AV Sitter menu when you sit. Driver can also choose looped fishing animation.

At rear special anti-fouling propeller is keyed to speed and will show a wake behind only when the vehicle goes into water.

Touch light button on dash board to turn headlights on and off. Headlights work with SL advanced lighting so be sure to activate advanced lighting in your viewer graphics preferences to see this illumination. You will hear an electronic signal when you touch on/off light button.

You will hear engine start up and then go into idle as you sit to drive and exhaust smoke will begin to be vented from the propeller shaft. Engine sounds and exhaust end when driver stands.

Those into freight delivery please note Scoot is not set up for freight deliveries. But if you sincerely want to do that just message me and I will set yours up for you quickly with no extra charge using latest GTFO! scripting and my VAPI code for vehicle of this size.

This introductory version only comes in green color scheme that you see in photos. I am thinking maybe I might add red or yellow or black versions soon, so let me know if there is some other color that you really want.

This vehicle is sold as copy only. It is carefully designed and fully tested and works very well and there is no need to modify it. You can easily adjust vehicle scale to your liking using my touch to rescale capability. Touch gear shifter next to driver seat to access blue rescale menu on your viewer screen.

My plan is to keep Scoot set up as it is right now for simple reliable fun driving around. Let me know if you have a particular modification in mind, but I will never add radios or other items that distract from joy of easily driving everywhere having fun with friends.
