Have you ever needed to measure accurately between two points.
Just place one marker at one point, the second at the other point, touch the red marker and the Laser Measure will tell you the distance in chat.

I really don't know what the thought was here, but, the cones sit in inventory with a no-copy permission. So when you lay them out on your land, copies are actually placed which are also no-copy perms. If you go to delete them from you land you're warned that you're about to delete a no-copy item. But, if you take the object from your land back into inventory, it is COPIED. This forces a manual inventory clean-up step. I solved this by deleting the Laser Tape Measure folder altogether.

I am average at building, so I need tools like these. I have used it on a build and it helped immensely! It is hard to "eye ball" distances, even after my years of using SL. Although a measurement is only as accurate as the two included prims are positioned, it is close enough to get a good idea of the actual distance. Great tool that I would pay more for, knowing what I have experienced, and the price is worth the gamble. A winner!
